AI Chatbots

We design and build AI chatbots for your website, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, powered by leading AI models such as Claude and GPT. Your chatbot answers from your own services, prices and policies, captures and qualifies leads, books appointments and hands the conversation to your team when a person is needed.

Example: a website visitor asks for a repair, the AI chatbot offers two times and books Thursday at 2:30 PM, and the new lead slides to the top of the CRM list.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which AI model powers the chatbot?

We choose per project, usually a Claude or GPT model, balancing answer quality, speed and running cost. You can switch models later without rebuilding the chatbot.

Will it make things up?

It answers only from your approved information, says when it doesn't know, and hands off to a person. Every conversation is logged so you can review it.

What does it cost to run?

AI usage is billed per message by the model provider and is usually small for a local business. We set a monthly spending cap so there are no surprises.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It can check availability and book into Google Calendar, Calendly and most CRMs, or collect details and send them to your team.
