Terms of use

These terms apply when you use rankharvor.com. The site is run by RankHarvor, a Florida-based web design, SEO and AI agency serving businesses across the USA, owned and run by its founder, Abu Mohammad Fazlay Rabby. “We” and “us” mean RankHarvor; “you” means anyone using the site.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.

• The site describes our services in general terms. Nothing on it is a quote, a contract, or legal, tax or compliance advice. Articles about security, accessibility or search are general information; for your own legal exposure, ask a lawyer.
• We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

• Our chat assistant is an AI, not a person, and it says so. It answers from the information on this website.
• Its answers can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on them for decisions; anything about your project is confirmed by a person on our team, in writing.
• It doesn't quote prices, make promises for us, or give legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Nothing it says creates an agreement.
• Don't share card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or health details in the chat.
• Conversations may be reviewed to improve the assistant. Our privacy policy explains what's sent to our AI provider, what's stored and for how long.
• It has message limits and a running budget, and may be unavailable. If so, call (323) 503-4171 or email contact@rankharvor.com.

Send us your website address and email, and a person on our team looks over the site and replies within one business day. It's free, and there's no obligation to hire us.

• Only send a site you own or are authorized to have reviewed.
• We look only at what's publicly visible, the way a visitor, a search engine or an AI crawler would. We don't try to sign in, test for weaknesses or put load on your site.
• The check is a quick first look, not a full audit. It won't find every problem, and it isn't a security certification or legal advice on accessibility.
• What we send you is yours to use. We may decline a request, for example if it looks automated or the site isn't a business site.

The prices on our pricing page are typical ranges to help you plan, not quotes. Every project gets a written scope and a fixed price after a short strategy call.

A proposal is an offer until you accept it in writing. Once accepted, the signed proposal or client agreement sets the price, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, ownership and support for that project, and it wins over anything on this website or in the chat.

The text, design, code, graphics and logo on this website belong to RankHarvor. You may read, share and link to our pages; please don't copy them to present as your own or reuse them commercially without asking. Other companies' names and logos, such as the tools shown on our home page and the clients in our case studies, belong to their owners and don't imply endorsement.

Work we do for clients is covered by that client's agreement. Our standard is that you own the code, the domain and the accounts once the project is paid for.

We link to other sites and services, such as our Google reviews, our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages, Google Calendar for booking a call, and the sources behind our research. We don't control them, aren't responsible for them, and their own terms apply.

Please use our forms and chat for real enquiries. Don't:

• send spam or automated messages, or try to get around our message limits
• try to overload, break into, probe or scrape the site, its forms or its chat
• try to make the chat assistant ignore its instructions, reveal them, or produce harmful or unlawful content
• send anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, or pretend to be someone else

We limit how much each connection can send and may block anyone who breaks these rules.

The site, the chat assistant and the free AI site check are provided “as is” and “as available”, for free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, express or implied, including that they will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Warranties for paid work are set out in the client agreement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RankHarvor and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website, the chat assistant or the free AI site check. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to US$100.

This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, and it doesn't apply to paid projects, where the client agreement sets the limits.

If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

Before going to court, please email contact@rankharvor.com so we can try to sort it out; most things can be fixed with a conversation. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't mean we've given it up.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the new version. Changes never alter a signed client agreement.
